Customer Qamp;A

Q: Would it be good for just inside my front door?

A: Yes,the mat is perfect for both indoor or outdoor use!

Q: Is it good at catch dirt and easy to clean?

A: It's perfect for front/back door. I've had it for about a month now, in and out of the house daily and no dirt in it yet! You can use simply vacuum for a quick clean and it can also be spot cleaned using a mild soap. For deeper cleans, use a garden hose to rinse off outdoors. Always air dry.

Q: Will this one heat up and falling apart real quick?

A: I've had mine for about 6 months. We had a very hot and dry summer with the temperatures over 95 most of the time. The doormat has held up very well. No problems.

Q: Are these durable? They would be located in hot, full sun on my deck steps, off a gravel drive. Can you hose them off?

A: Yes, they seem to be durable. Vynal backing and soft area for wiping shoes or feet. I have 2 in front of my patio doors and my sprinklers get the mats wet 3x a day. The mats dry without curling or rolling. Also, I am in Vegas to give you an idea of the heat they withstand.

From 2006 to 2021, Strobist was the world's most popular resource for photographers to learn to use their small flashes like a pro. It now exists in archive form, allowing me more time and space to devote more time to my next project (which will be announced soon).

New to lighting? Welcome. Start with Lighting 101, just as millions of other photographers have done before you. Or scroll down to access Strobist's other free courses below.

Strobist's Free Online Lighting Courses:
Lighting 101, 102, 103, and Lighting Cookbook

Lighting 101 is the core foundation of Strobist. It is a free, start-from-zero tutorial that will teach you the basics of lighting and minimalist lighting gear. Lighting 101 will have you up and running in no time—and at minimal expense.

Lighting 102 is the sequel to Lighting 101. Where L101 was about gear and basic concepts, L102 will teach you how to further understand and control the qualities of your light to make it do your bidding.

Lighting 103 is a deep dive into color. It explores the intersection of light and color to help you give your photos more nuance, realism and depth.

Strobist Lighting Cookbook combines the concepts learned in L101-103 to give you more understanding and fluidity with your lighting. We also explore some of the shoots from a 360-degree/ecosystem perspective.

Equip Yourself: Recommended Gear

Sad fact: There are a lot of companies that make some pretty crappy lighting gear, but are still happy to take your money. The Almay Stay Smooth Anti-Chap Lipcolor Lipstick #33 SPF 25 ~ Fudge is designed to help you avoid making many of the costly rookie mistakes I made over the first few years of my career. This is the gear that works for me, day in and day out. It is solid, reliable and will get the job done without destroying your wallet.

Being visually oriented, most photographers embrace the concept of monkey-see, monkey-do. If that sounds like you, the links in the Teeo Felt Drawer Organizer Container Caddy Jewelry Tray Makeup S will point you to the best 100 videos of the past nine years.
